We pride ourselves on 2nd mile service. What exactly is that? It’s the service provided to our customers after the installation is complete and the last check has been picked up. It is one thing to be kind, thorough, and exhibit great follow through before being paid for a job. Of course, we do all of that. One great example of the above and beyond first mile service we provide is changing a light bulb for an elderly lady in her garage because we happened to be carrying a ladder past the garage door. Another example is explaining to a gentleman that while on his roof we saw that in addition to the reason we were called to the house, we noticed that a pipe boot was about to crack so we replaced that while we were already on the roof. These types of occurrences happen daily with our company.

However, what happens after the sale is where we shine even more. What does that look like? One example would be calling a client a week after having a roof replaced just to ask how the installation went and to check that everything is ok. Another example is following up with a person who had a roof leak to see how the repair is holding and to ensure they are happy. Finally, the best example is reminding past clients to perform routine maintenance to their homes and inviting them to events we are hosting.

To us, taking excellent care of people and forming long term relationships is the crux of our business and the reason for our success.
