All of us at Steel City Roofers have a common attitude about our work. We each care so much about every one of our customers that we consistently go above and beyond what is required to meet his or her needs. Whether is be from how responsive and professional we are on first contact to the thoughtfulness we exhibit when we explain to a customer that all he or she needs is caulking, we are just a different kind of company. We frequently are told by our clients how kind and thorough we are and they say it as if shocked to find these traits in a contractor. We just smile and respond that it’s just part of our job and who we are.
One of the biggest differentiators of a company occur when problems arise. In construction, its not if things go wrong, it’s when and how a company handles these situations is what defines them. Sometimes a new roof will leak if the seals are not set yet. That’s ok. We will be right there to re-seal it. Other times, the problem could be larger requiring much re-work. While this is rare, it’s ok too because we will also make this right.
